You are welcome to book if children and will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. Strata Notice: (Weather Permitting: Works may extend without prior Notice) Please be advised that external wall construction has begun at the complex and is expected to continue for several months. Some noise or disruption may occur during this period. For your safety, there will be no access to the balcony, which is currently messy due to the works.

BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The garage has space for one vehicle. Should you require additional parking, there is complimentary two-hour street parking conveniently located nearby. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's electric BBQ, gym, and pool with sun lounges throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners.
