Two spacious bedrooms are serviced by a practical bathroom/laundry area with separate toilet off the second bedroom. The house features low maintenance polished floor boards to most areas, soft carpet in the bedrooms and tiled wet areas. Entry to the property is discreet via a long drive and excellent off street parking available in a carport.
