A Boutique Studio Guest Room situated on the ground level of a grand 1870's Heritage Listed three corner Terrace house. Conveniently located within reach are many Surry Hills cafes, pubs and fashionable shops. There are many parks within a short distance. Within 15 minutes walk to Central Train Station; you can reach the CBD, China Town and the Iconic Sydney Harbour. ABOUT THE PLACE: A dedicated, separate and private air- conditioned studio room with its own kitchenette and bathroom within a private home. A warm comfortable environment as a base to explore all Sydney has to offer. WHAT THE GUEST CAN ACCESS: The studio is integrated in the terrace house, with easy access to a rear sun drenched backyard and laundry. The backyard is situated in a relaxing garden which has its own BBQ and outdoor seating/dining furniture. Access to the rear apartment and upper two floors rooms, however, is restricted to the owner, his family and friends.

I am a semi retired man who enjoys travel and hosting world-wide travellers - You can be assured of a very warm welcome! The Studio is independent from the rest of the house and total privacy is assured. However, the owner resides in the adjacent ground floor apartment to provide assistance if necessary. On other occasions, an offsite manager is available. Access to the House and your Room is via a personalised keypad code which will be provided 24 hours before Check in. Fresh Linen and Towels are provided on arrival and changes are available for stays over one week. The Room has its own Bar Fridge, Cook top, Cutlery and Crockery for your use but there is no catering available. Television is only Free to Air and does not have Cable transmission but does have Netflix. A Security Box is located in the room and the code can be requested on Check In. WIFI Internet is complimentary. There is some Unrestricted On Street Parking Spaces available behind the house.
