A wonderful combination of rustic country and beach culture, this renovated low set home offers it all. 'Variety is the spice of life' radiates through the funky and stylish decor. Located just a few minutes’ walk to the patrolled beach, playgrounds and the main business centre, this is the perfect family holiday home. Features: * Wifi * Open plan master bedroom and ensuite with free standing bathtub and separate shower * Open plan living, kitchen and dining area * Ceiling fans throughout * Large laundry with large top load washing machine * Drinks fridge * Spacious covered entertaining deck with six seater table and chairs, and gas bbq * Pizza oven and seating area * Outdoor feature shower * Off street parking * Spacious fully fenced back yard * Pet friendly for outside pets only. Two dogs only Sleeps six in two x queen size beds and two x single beds. Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers. Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy. Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost. Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.
