Talisman Broadbeach Apartments offers deluxe but affordable Broadbeach apartment accommodation for couples, families and business travellers. Come and experience a holiday that delivers some of the best views available from any Broadbeach apartment and take advantage of the fact that everything is at your doorstep. With great Pacific Ocean views enjoyed from all apartment accommodation, Talisman Apartments is the preferred Broadbeach Apartment accommodation whether you are in Broadbeach for business or pleasure. It is within walking distance to all Broadbeach attractions and entertainment but far enough away to avoid the noise. Pristine beaches, Kurrawa Park and Surf Life Saving Club are at your doorstep. The Oasis Shopping Centre, Pacific Fair Shopping Complex (incl cinemas), Jupiter’s Casino and Dracula’s Theatre Restaurant are close by. Talisman is the closest beachfront apartment to the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Public transport to Theme Parks and the rest of the Gold Coast is a short stroll away. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period.

Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.

Please be advised that several units in the building are currently undergoing much needed renovations and window replacement due to corrosion of being so close to the ocean.

During this time, you may experience some noise disturbances: Jack hammering noise may occur: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Other construction noise, including hammer drills, may be present:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

We do our level best to place you as far away from the noise as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our building.

There is a break period over the summer holidays from the 15th of December.
