There are two houses in this private property (they are close, but detached) of which one is for the Owner, and the other is for the Guest with a storeroom attached on one side. The Guest house is a one-storey building with a large decking attached in the front and some big trees standing close to the decking. It’s a real ideal place for people who need(s) a real tranquil break either from pressures or from busy work. The checked-in guests (shortened to Guests in the following) are entitled to have the access to all in-room facilities as well as the spacious decking with tables & chairs outside. Guests enjoy the privilege to park their car(s) (max. 2) in the garage when they have checked in. Visitor(s) can only park their car(s) outside in the designated lot with permission. Guests can have the access outside a. to the lotus pond or to the small gardens b. to the big lawn (app. 20 meters away) c. to bring their kids to the trampoline (close-by the swimming-pool) for enjoyment d. to the outside swimming-pool which is about 20 meters away from the Guest house (the pool is not heated) e. to taking a leisure walk in between the small gardens FYI: as this private property is a bit large and some parts are still under planning & maintenance, Guests are very kindly reminded that these parts are not open for a visit or photo taking without owner’s permission. Other things to know for the booking or checked-in guests: a. No party/event allowed b. No commercial photography allowed c. No pets allowed d. No BBQ allowed as there’re too many trees around & too many wooden structures e. No smoking (inside the house) allowed f. Except the checked-in guests, the swimming-pool is not open to any visitor(s) g. SMS/direct phone-call are the ready ways for Guests to the Owner in case of needs h. No inside/hidden cameras fixed in the house
