Mittagong is the best! It's the gateway to the Southern Highlands so it's super convenient to both Sydney, Canberra and Wollongong. We love the excellent dining options, great cafes and proximity to supermarkets, butchers and pharmacies (and bottle shops). We are close to world class Mountain biking trails as well as numerous bush-walks straight from the front door to take in glorious 60ft and 40ft falls. If you're feeling fit, climb Mount Alexandra for a spectacular view to the Blue Mountains or simply relax with the kids at Lake Alexandra. We are super close to most Southern Highlands wedding venues so it's ideal place to stay as a wedding guest.
