Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located 2 bedroom apartment positioned in the beating heart of Launceston’s lively CBD. This apartment offers city style living and appeal. Situated in the "Avenue", above 'Mojo Coffee' and 'Avenue Records’, surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafes, Petrachs book store, Princess Theatre, shopping, chemist, dry cleaners, banks etc. Walking distance to UTAS stadium and waterfront. This surprisingly roomy apartment has a full kitchen with elegant stone bench tops, hot plates, oven, fridge, microwave, everything you need and perfect for families, couples or business travellers. There are two cosy bedrooms decked with quality bedding, tasteful décor, ducted heating and ample storage for clothing. The dining and lounge area is open plan enabling a communal but cosy atmosphere. The elegant bathroom is spacious with quality tiles and fittings. Including one private off-street car space within four minutes walk from the front door. There is also parking available close by in the Patterson Street car park. This is free between 5.30pm and 9am, Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday. During the week days there is metered parking in the street directly outside the apartments. This is free of a night between 5.30pm and 9am Monday to Friday. Saturday is free after 4pm and free all day Sunday. As we are located in the beating heart of Launceston's CBD there will be a certain level of street noise that comes with the buzz and vibe of a city centre. However we have installed double insulated drapes on all windows to minimise noise and to ensure a peaceful night sleep. Guests will be given an access code to gain entry to the building and that same code is used to enter a key lock box next to your apartment. This code will be sent to you the day of your arrival. The apartment is situated on level one and you will be required to climb a comfortable level of stairs to reach the entrance. There is no lift access.
