Relaxing garden by the artistic owner who offers this unique property for your pleasure. This cottage is situated in a sort after location amongst the undulating hills of Old Quinns Rocks settlement. A short stroll will bring you to beautiful white, sandy beaches. It is perfect for any holiday, with blissful bird-filled gardens, great views of the valley and ocean, and a large alfresco area. It is a fully self-contained timber cottage with pine floors and an entire glass frontage. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area opens up to a sizeable comfortable verandah. From every room, there is a beautiful outlook. Guests have the entire house and garden, with access to all the amenities. The house has two driveways, and the lower one can accommodate a large vehicle. This property has WiFi, reverse cycle air-conditioner, TV, DVD, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, outdoor hot water shower, beach towels and hair dryer provided. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 is large with a Queen size bed. Bedroom 2 contains 1 King single and one single bed. Quality linen is provided.
l love to garden and creating random and quirky pieces of art. I enjoy welcoming people into this space where I once lived for many years and have enjoyed growing my family and friends. I also love living close to the ocean in all weather conditions. When a guest stays and has a wonderful time it fills me with a sense of pride in being able to share that experience of living and enjoying the Blue Beach House in Old Quinn’s Settlement. Please come and experience how truly relaxing this home and garden can be.
The Blue Beach House nestles in Old Quinns Rock, historically a cray fishing settlement and a popular beachside holiday destination for Perth locals. Old Quinns has grown into a popular and thriving community close to all essential amenities, including Marina, shops (Joondalup boasts the biggest shopping centre in Perth, only 15 minutes away), cafes, restaurants, public transport and pubs. Even with all of these modern and exciting changes, Quinns has managed to maintain its pristine environment and stunning beaches. Diving, charter boats, kite surfing and fishing are just a few beach activities, with national parks and wineries just down the road.
