Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms provides a restful retreat—the primary with a queen bed, the second with a double, and the third with twin bunk sets ideal for children or friends. These rooms share a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a floating vanity. Downstairs, a second shower, laundry with a washer, and a second toilet add extra convenience. A double sofa bed in the second lounge provides flexible sleeping space for visiting friends and can be set up upon request. Outdoors, a private fenced garden offers a safe space for children to play, complete with a trampoline and a swing beneath the trees. Indoors, the home is equipped with a Chromecast for easy streaming, along with books, board games, children’s reads and toys—perfect for family entertainment. Year-round comfort is assured with split-system air conditioning and a wall-mounted radiator in the main living area, along with portable fans to keep you comfortable through summer. Convenient off-street parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway, ensuring smooth arrivals and easy access throughout your stay. The garage isn’t available for guest use.
