Come and enjoy a country getaway in our cosy cottage in stunning Main Ridge (Red Hill). Perfect for couples or families and fully pet friendly. You will love the peace and quiet with nothing in sight but serene farmland.
Just over an hour from Melbourne, and so close to all you will want to visit on the Peninsula. The best local wineries and food are close by, as are beaches and the Hot Springs.
Freshly painted and furnished, The Cottage is also flat and accessible for those with low mobility.
An integral piece of Main Ridge history, this gorgeous north-facing three bedroom weatherboard cottage began as the manager’s residence for the surrounding apple orchard and today is a beautiful retreat for those seeking an escape far from the madding crowd. It's the cosiest of country farmhouses with views over olive groves, sheep pastures and farmland. 2 rustic fireplaces as well as air conditioning to keep the house warm or cool 24/7, as you like. Tastefully decorated in modern country style with super comfortable furnishings and beds.

You will have access to the whole house and block, as well as all the firewood you will need. There is an additional studio area at The Cottage, that we make available for bookings of 4 or more.
I’m married with three adult children. I have a gorgeous dog who keeps me active and busy. I enjoy Pilates and hiking. I teach English as a Second Language part time and Pilates.
