Sundance is a stunning beachside escape for families or friends looking to enjoy the relaxed, coastal lifestyle Port Stephens has to offer. With a view that is hard to walk away from, enjoy Sundance with your nearest and dearest. Sundance features open plan kitchen, living and dining room that open up to the balcony with Webber BBQ and stunning views of Port Stephens. The home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, internal laundry and double garage. At Sundance you will be within a two-minute walk to Dutchmans Beach and Bagnalls Beach. Stroll 25 mins along the Bartlett Cycleway into the Marina and CBD at Nelson Bay to explore the cafe’s, restaurants, bars and boutiques. It’s just a 10 minute drive to Shoal Bay, and a 5 minute drive to Nelson Bay Golf Club. Experience the Follo feeling, at Sundance. Pets: One small-medium size house trained dog is welcome to stay with you at Sundance. Pets must remain on a lead at all times when outside of the house. A pet fee of 150 AUD per pet per stay applies in addition to your booking total, and additional Pet Policy Agreement is required.

The Drift Beach House is situated in the residential area of Nelson Bay, with spectacular views of the bay. It is just a short walk to Dutchmans Beach and Bagnalls Beach, and about at 15 minute walk into Nelson Bay shopping and restaurants. You can walk into town via Government Rd, or via the Bartlett Cycleway which is accessible from nearby the property.
