This modern apartment located on the sixth floor offers amazing views being positioned just across the walkway from Currimundi Lake.
Boasting comfortable modern furnishings with more than enough room for the family, three bedrooms including a master bedroom with spacious ensuite, and main bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
The apartment is very well appointed to meet all your needs. There are ceiling fans for your comfort in the living/dining area and all the bedrooms.
The balcony is spacious and has fabulous views out to the lake and ocean providing the perfect spot for entertaining.
This North facing, waterfront position is highly sought after. With the lake, surf beach, playground and walking tracks at your doorstep, what else could you need?
