The Gorge House - is the perfect home away from home. Spacious enough for the entire family to sit back and relax (you can even bring the extended family too). With a large outdoor entertainment area and just a 300m walk to Launceston’s premier tourist attraction The Cataract Gorge Reserve, this is the holiday your whole family will be talking about in years to come!

I live and work in Launceston Tasmania. I enjoy travelling around Australia and sharing my family’s lovely island home space with our guests. We have two properties for family holidays located footsteps from the Cataract Gorge Reserve, a major draw card of launceston. 1.5km from the centre of town.
300m from the local tourist information centre - located at the Cataract Gorge Reserve. The local cafe does breakfast and coffee and is the ideal way to start the day. E-scooters and Uber are the best way to get around the city. Within walking distance to town - albeit the hilly walk.
