Welcome to The Grampian Grove, a beautifully designed double-storey retreat where relaxed beachside living meets contemporary comfort. Perfectly positioned just a 10-minute stroll from the golden sands of Cowes Beach, this thoughtfully styled home is ideal for families, couples, and groups seeking space, style, and coastal charm. Parking is a breeze with a large carport available for your use (please note the garage is not accessible). The home is surrounded by low-maintenance landscaping, designed to enhance the laid-back coastal lifestyle while keeping your stay stress-free. This home sleeps 11 people across four bedrooms. Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bed (2 guests) Bedroom 2: 1x Queen Bed (2 guests) Bedroom 3: 2x King Single Beds (2 guests) Bedroom 4: 2x Tri-Bunk Bed and 1x King Single Bunk Bed (5 guests) Please note: Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are located upstairs, while Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor. All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. We kindly request that all guests clean the BBQ after use; otherwise, a fee will be charged.
