Boho - Global style Hinterland Escape! Stunning sunrises, ocean views on the horizon, combustion wood heater, outdoor hot spa, bbq & pergola overlooking nature. 9 min to Mudgeeraba village, 13 min to Robina town centre or M1 and 17 minutes to Burleigh beach! 30 min to Springbrook Mountain & Theme parks. Bush tracks only steps away from the house ( Please, ask for directions as everywhere is natural bush ) Powerful aircon, cottage gardens, living room with flat screen smart TV, Fully equipped kitchen / dining room with Hinterland views. The property has 10 acreas and hosts independent villas. The house of the rising sun has all the facilities shown in the pictures and descriptions, and it is exclusively for you and your guests.
Patricia is a very friendly person. She will make sure to provide you with all the privacy you are looking for. Patricia, the property owner, sometimes stays in the second villa which has an independent entrance/ driveway. The parking area during your stay is for your exclusive use and with plenty of room for up to 3 cars undercover and is right next to the house. Only at times you will see the host feeding the ducks or adding chlorine to the spa ( if needed ) the host will always let you know before going to the duck garden area or spa area so your privacy will be always respected. Patricia will kindly let you know well in advance before going to the spa area. You are very welcome to feed the ducks if you wish to. If you have any questions about your stay, please get in touch before booking. Ask any questions related to the property. The host will happily assist you with any pre - and post booking enquiries. If you need anything related to your booking during your stay, the host needs to know of any issue during the booking in order to respond to any questions or find solutions. If you don't let the host know in time, it is not the host's fault of anything afterwards, as a guest you have the responsibility to comunicate with the host.
Outdoors Guests have access to the main gardens shown on booking. com website, outdoor hot spa, pergola, ducks, coop, entire 3 bedrooms house, sun lounges with 180 degrees of ocean views to Palm beach and more. *Please note, our neighbours need resting time in case you have music outdoor. Sunday to Thursday 8pm until 7am Friday & Saturday 9pm until 8am Thank you 🫶
