For all our holiday properties we ask for a security deposit of between $200 - $500. This is refunded within 14 days from departure if there is no excess cleaning or damage. Please note most of our holiday houses do not provide linen or towels. Please check the detail of your booking. Local linen hire is available. Ask us for contact details. Please note we dont take bookings where all the guests are under 21 years of age.

Welcome to The Lakehouse, a charming holiday rental nestled in the picturesque coastal town of Cudmirrah. This delightful four-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat is the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends, accommodating up to nine guests in total comfort. Things to note about the property: Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) No Aircon and Wifi No Garage Access No smoking inside the house No Pets allowed.
