The Milking Shed is a cute and cosy cabin in the middle of the lush green hills and beautiful vistas of the Hawkesbury region north-west of Sydney. The cabin is built on the side of a hill and looks directly into a small forest of eucalypts - perfect for trying to spot one of our regular koala visitors. Curl up with a book, feed a donkey, pat a cow, cuddle a corgi, or sit on the deck or by the fire with a wine or a cuppa and take in the country. It is a million miles from care. As the cabin is rustic and our animals can be unpredictable, the cabin can only take two people, no children under 12, and no pets. Thank you for understanding!
We are Steph and Glenn and are looking forward to sharing our little piece of the country with you!
We are about 75 minutes drive west of the Sydney CBD. We are located in the popular fruit picking and apple cider area of the Hawkesbury. This is a terrifically peaceful spot, but still has great options for eating out and things to do.
