The Penthouse Mooloolaba is a luxe private unit and rooftop, neighbouring mostly owner occupied apartments. The unit itself has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and toilet, with a large loungeroom and pull out day bed to cater for 6 people in total. The bathroom comes fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a bath. The unit comes fully stocked with all the household necessities like coffee pods, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, compete kitchen with oven & cooking items. Washing and drying machine is also inside of the unit. For complete entertainment the unit has a plethora of games including: Xbox 1 with headset, Playstation 4 with headset, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo Switch & a cupboard of board games. Featuring Apple TV and apps like Netflix, the penthouse has everything you or your kids would want for a cosy night at home playing games. The outdoor balcony overlooks a tennis court of the next building and the Mooloolaba inlet. Small pets are allowed on request, with a pet fee per stay. On top of the unit you will find Rooftop Z, the penthouse's very own private rooftop, featuring a large space, festoon lights, a fridge, cabana daybed, breakfast bench, webber BBQ and completely covered with astroturf. There is also a projector screen can be lowered perfectly inline with the daybed to enjoy - i include the projector for all guests.
