The space (optional) "The Residential Retreat" has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 living rooms with smart TVs, 2 fully equipped kitchens as well as a large deck with 3 picnic tables and BBQ. The home also has a lockable garage (fits two small cars) and has two allocated parking bays. "The Residence" UPPER LEVEL As you enter via the external staircase you are greeted by the large lounge, kitchen and dining area. In the lounge you will find a comfortable sofa and extra comfortable chairs for relaxing and watching your favourite shows on the large smart TV. We also provide Free Wi-Fi and there’s even a PlayStation and board games to keep the kids occupied in the rumpus. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you would need for enjoying meals at home. There’s reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the home cosy warm in winter and cool in summer. Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom with an extremely comfortable queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a comfortable queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is wall heating in all bedrooms to keep you comfortably warm in winter. Also upstairs is the main bathroom with both shower and bath tub with separate toilet, as well as a laundry with both washing machine and clothes dryer. - LOWER LEVEL Heading downstairs you will find the rumpus room with a lounge that converts into a comfortable sofa bed plus a 50-inch tv. There’s a bus stop right outside or you are just a 10 minute drive to the CBD. Hobart’s largest shopping Centre, Eastlands, is an easy 10 minute walk away. Around Eastlands you will also find the usual fast food outlets and also Village Cinema. The property is not far from Bellerive Quay which offers numerous choices of dining which include Chinese, Thai, Italian and Canadian, to name a few. Also nearly is Salamanca Fresh which is a large grocer offering fresh fruit and vegetables, a butcher, a baker and a good offering of ready-made meals. Blundstone Arena, Bellerive Village and Bellerive Beach are a mere 15-20 minute walk away and there’s a bus stop right outside the front door if you need it.
