This tiny house "The Selection" is light and bright and welcomes the outdoors in, with its large windows and calming views of nature right from your bed. The Selection is a self contained space equipped with a private bathroom, a very comfortable queen bed for those lazy sleep ins and a kitchenette stocked with a mini fridge, tableware, wine glasses and all the necessary extras to have a stress free relaxing holiday with a few cocktails! Help yourself to the complimentary tea and coffee provided. We have created a beautiful private fenced outdoor area with soothing gardens for our guests to enjoy. Sip a morning coffee on the deck or a enjoy a romantic dinner under the festoons at night. Relax by a fire in our fire pit area and enjoy the warmth during our winter months. Our area is known for it's abundance of kangaroos so don't be surprised if you see a few having a nibble outside your window first thing in the morning, or spot a family munching nearby. We also have a healthy amount of birdlife for you to enjoy with galahs, lorikeets, corellas and more visiting frequently. Our resident sheep Stella and goat Donny may also come and say hello and you may spot our chooks foraging outside your fence. We are a young family excited to host guests at our tiny home. We enjoy the simple life, and love our home with our veggie garden, our dog, sheep, chooks and children. With our home located on the back acre we are pleased to be able to share our slice of life with guests.

This gorgeous tiny house is tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood set on a rural 2 acre property in Gulmarrad. You couldn't pick a better location for a getaway. "The Selection" is only 10mins from the Scottish township of Maclean where you can see the attention grabbing tartan poles, grab a delicious coffee at Botero and visit the Scottish shop, Lolly shop or browse the cute local shops. Even closer is the Brewery located in Townsend just a 7min drive. The stunning coastal town of Broomshead is only a short scenic 15 min drive away, during which you should keep your eyes peeled for coastal emus. It will impress you with its natural beauty of National Parks and beaches. Yamba is located just 20 mins away with all its gorgeous beaches, numerous cafes and quality restaurants and shops including an icecreamery and famous fudge shop. Termed "The new Byron Bay" a visit to Yamba should be on your list. Grafton with its stunning Jacaranda trees is only 30 mins away for more restaurants, cafes or to hit the movies and do some shopping.
