Eden Properties WA began in June 2017 when I purchased a classic beach style 5 x 2 in Old Dunsborough. My aim was to provide a quality, environmentally friendly, socially responsible and completely self-managed home away from home for visitors to our special South West - and so Eden Properties WA and The Tree House Dunsborough were born. Who am I? I'm Eve Armanasco (previously Eve Foley), sole owner/operator of Eden Properties WA, a fun and friendly surfer chick all about enjoying the awesome lifestyle of the south west. I live nearby in Yallingup and love wine, coffee, chatting, camping, travelling and fishing. I can be on hand whenever required. I can give you tips on the best wineries, breweries, beaches and surf locations; whatever you need, just ask! As an Airbnb Superhost and a Stayz/HomeAway/VRBO Premier Host I am an experienced carer for guests to this unique corner of our planet. Following the success of The Tree House Dunsborough, I also now manage the beautiful Tree Top Vista Nornalup on the South Coast in partnership with my gorgeous sister-in-law Claire, and "Old School" Yallingup Beach, the home base of Eden Properties WA.

The Tree House comes fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday Down South, including a spacious kitchen, all linen, a bbq area, deck with ocean views and even gear like bikes, surfboards or fishing rods provided upon request. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it's a leisurely 15-minute stroll to Old Dunsborough's pristine beaches or a 10-minute bike ride to the shops. The only thing you need to do is unwind! Winter Special - 20% off week night stays May, June and July 2023! There are two levels with a steep wooden staircase between. Great for two families to stay and still have a level each, if you want some chill time. Down stairs includes the main family room, kitchen, three bedrooms and both bathrooms. There's also a bbq area out the back, with a grassed area where the kids can run amok while you kick back and enjoy a well-deserved drink. Upstairs hosts the second family room, two bedrooms and the deck, which has views of the bay on both sides. Tree House booked? Down South WA is full of outdoor adventure and world-class wineries. With mountain bike tracks and bush walks at the back door, hiking trails up the coast, world class surf breaks just around the corner, beautiful beaches everywhere and great fishing spots nearby there is plenty to do for active souls. If you prefer to simply chill out and unwind there are loads of excellent wineries, good breweries and quaint galleries to explore. Please note that the neighbourhood is very quiet, so wild parties are a definite no no. But, feel free to enjoy a sip on the deck while listening to some relaxing tunes :) A car is definitely the best option if you want to fully explore the region, but if you are happy to just chill around Dunsborough I can provide some bikes to help you get around.
