This house is easy living within 5 minutes drive of the beach! Internet access, two 75 inch smart TVs and quality linens including beach towels provided. Fully refurbished, really private space (not overlooked) with everything you need. The house has been set up to cater for one large family group or two smaller family groups. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a north facing garden with a large decked area, fire pit and BBQ. All rooms have cooling air conditioners (except the queen bedroom which has a ceiling fan only). There are two generous sized smart TVs in the living areas and an additional TV (not smart) in the queen bedroom. All rooms except bathrooms and bunk room have ceiling fans and the house is fully heated by gas central heating/split systems. Accommodation comprises: 1 King bedroom with ensuite 1 Queen bedroom 1 Double bunk room (single on top and double bed on bottom) 1 Double sofa bed in a separate section of the second living area (sleeps 1 only) We love this house for its privacy - previous guests agree and we think you will too! If you are bringing infants, please BYO cot, high chair etc and note that they are counted as guests in the maximum occupancy count. A motion recording security camera is in place over the footpath and gate entrance to the property. Garage is not suitable for low chassis vehicles due to low clearance with the connecting driveway (use at own risk).
