Welcome to The York Residence - an ultra-sleek 6 bedroom haven located in the picturesque town of Hartley just 2 hours drive from central Sydney. With 5 acres of land and uninterrupted views of majestic Mount York and surrounding escarpments, this stunning property is the perfect place to make lasting memories with family and friends and get away from it all - you'll feel like you're in your own private paradise. Upon arrival, expect to be greeted with a set of double electric gates, through which awaits a majestic tree lined driveway that takes you to a pebbled garden entrance. Alternatively, follow the driveway to the right to reveal a full-size basketball system with uninterrupted lush greenery views. The living, dining and kitchen is an open plan area with ample northern light. The dining table seats 10 people and the kitchen has all modern appliances including a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee pod machine. The kitchen is well stocked with pantry items, you'll just need to bring the main ingredients for your meals with you. There is clear separation between living and sleeping zones, with bedrooms located down a long hallway. There are 6 bedrooms, 4 of which has walk-in robes. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite with large bathtub and heated floors, walk-in wardrobe, aircon and standing mirror. This room caters for up to 2 people only. Bedroom 2 is an oversize bedroom with king-sized bed, wardrobe space, shared central aircon and standing mirror. Bedroom 2 uses the main bathroom which is shared with other bedrooms. This room caters for up to 2 people only. Bedrooms 3-6 have queen-sized beds, wardrobe space, shared central aircon. They also use the main bathroom which is shared with other bedrooms. Each room caters for up to 2 people only. Occasionally, the kangaroos from across our fence will hop over to our property. Usually they will stay near the fence and will not come close to the house!
