Holiday with the extended family by the pristine coastline of Port Stephens in both levels of this modern duplex, just 200m from the sandy shore and crystal clear waters of Shoal Bay Beach. This renovated, air-conditioned duplex entails 2 levels of living that are each completely self-contained and able to be accessed externally. This makes it ideal for extended family groups, two families, young adults, couples or friends. However, there is no internal access between each floor, so please keep this in mind when booking with young children of those with less mobility. The 6 bedrooms are all beautifully decorated with soft furnishings and ceiling fans. On each floor, the master bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and glass sliding doors out to the balcony and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. Important Notes: - Linen packs are provided at this property, beds will be made ready for your arrival. - This listing is for the entire 2-storey duplex.
