An attractively refurbished townhouse on three levels, in an elevated position on The Hill, with views of Newcastle City, the property is well appointed, best suited for one or two couples, or, a small family. The kitchen and dining are "open plan", flowing to a separate living area. The kitchen includes an oven, induction cook top, microwave and dishwasher. Two bedrooms, king double, and two king singles, two bathrooms, a separate study area, and a laundry. The balcony has views of the city and Civic Park. There is a verandah on the street side. Secure garage with internal access, for one vehicle on the lower level. Towels and bed linen are provided. Free internet access.
Perfectly positioned for access to Newcastle City, easy walking distance to the Darby and Hunter Street restaurants and shops. 400m to the Wharf Promenade and Boardwalk and the Hunter River Port, and a precise 1km walk to Newcastle Beach. Other points of interest include Nobbys Beach. Several other amazing beaches are in close proximity. Also nearby are the Foreshore at Newcastle East, Queens Wharf, and King Edward Park. The Tram and Coach Terminal are within 700m of the property. The Newcastle tram links the train station at the Newcastle Interchange through to Newcastle Beach. Within walking distance of The Civic Theatre, Newcastle Museum, the City Hall, the library, Civic Park, and the Art Gallery.
