Relax at this peaceful beautiful home in Upper Point Cook. Conveniently located close to the heart of Point Cook with local shops and amazing restaurants nearby. Take a 10mins drive to the Werribee Mansion, Werribee Zoo and surrounding wineries. 20mins from the city and about 6 mins away from Werribee Mercy and St Vincent's Hospitals. The home is only a stone's throw away from the playground and sporting oval with a few other surrounding parks for kids both young and old to enjoy!

Various playgrounds around, sporting oval perfect for walks. Tennis court, basketball and picnic and bbq area nearby. Shops are in close proximity. Nice restaurants and generally a beautiful peaceful neighbourhood to be in!
