Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID ( passport or driver's license) at check-in to confirm their booking.

Photos or photocopies of ID will not be accepted.Failure to present an original, valid ID will result in cancellation of the booking and denial of entry.

At check-in, the credit card must match the name on the reservation.

Mature guests over the age of 50 years must book a private room.

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and are required to book a private room.

When booking multiple dormitory beds, we cannot guarantee that all members of your group will be placed in the same room.

Please note that we do not accommodate check-ins or check-outs on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.​

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00. Management reserves the right to refuse bookings or cancel reservations when necessary.

This property does not accommodate Group bookings over 6 guests. No party groups accepted
