COUPLES RETREAT......Tukawyl Retreat BnB is set in a rural landscape in Landsborough, Queensland and is surrounded by nature for all to enjoy the peace and tranquillity. It is the ideal couples retreat to enjoy away from the maddening crowd.
The Resident Kookaburras will delight you with their laughter, along with the resident kangaroo family happily grazing and lazing on the lawn, and in the paddocks.
This Bed and Breakfast boasts all you could want for a relaxing stay.
Complimentary WIFI, a flat screen HD TV, and undercover parking is available.
Towels and Linen are just a part of this service. The private ensuited bathroom also comes equipped with a hair-dryer. The mini kitchen has a small fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. A light breakfast is provided.
Landsborough is just 2.5kms to Australia Zoo and within easy reach of the magical hinterland, and the famous Glasshouse Mountains. Caloundra, Golden Beach, Kings Beach and Moffat Beach are a relaxing drive from here.
The local Landsborough and Beerwah shopping centres will provide you with all your needs.
The old country style Landsborough Pub is a great place to eat.
The nearest train station is Landsborough, and is just a short 2.5kms away. The Sunshine Coast Maroochydore airport is only 27kms away.
We love our little part of paradise, and want others to be able to enjoy it too. Steves background is that of a mechanical engineer and his favourite hobby is restoring classic cars.
Wendy comes from an administration background and both Steve and Wendy have been involved in managing and working in the caravan park industry.
This is a rural section of Landsborough and is peaceful . Our property is at the end of a very short section of Hardwood Road, so there is no traffic noise to bother you.
Located close by is a horse riding ranch, and just a few kms to the quaint little township of Landsborough is the Landsborough Musuem with lots of history of the area. The local hotel also has a very interesting history and is worrh taking the time to read. Just a couple of kms from town, the iconic Australia Zoo is located, and you will need to allow yourself a full day to see it all. The fabulous Glasshouse Mountains are also nearby for those who want to take that photo of the magical sunsets.
