Relax on either one of your balcony's or around the lagoon style pool area, which features outdoor furniture, an undercover gas BBQ area, and an outdoor heated spa. The Master bedroom features a King or Queen size bed, TV, walk through robe and an ensuite with a double stone vanity shower & toilet Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 1 includes 2 single beds. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom has a bath/shower combination with stone vanity and toilet. The separate laundry includes washing machine, dryer & laundry tub. An open style kitchen/living area with gas cook top, oven, spacious dining, bench stools, TV, DVD player and stereo. The apartment has climate control air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, with tilled floors in the main areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Secure underground parking spaces are situated close to the lifts. This apartment provides exceptional value with generous open living spaces and quality finishes. Beautifully designed around tropical gardens and pools in a resort style complex situated between Kingscliff and Casuarina.

Sit on your private balcony and watch the children play in the lagoon style pool, while having a BBQ and watch the sun disappear over the tweed coast hinterland.

Enjoy a walk or cycle along the kilometres of boardwalks, or choose the beautiful coastline walks along the beach. Salt Village restaurants, specialty shops and parkland are only a short 4 minute drive. The Casuarina area is central to many other activities, with Byron Bay a 40 minute drive south or head north 45 minutes to enjoy the Gold Coast theme parks. Only a 3 minute drive to enjoy 360 views of the Cabarita lookout. Take a scenic drive to Murwillumbah and enjoy the beautiful rain forests or head up to the famous Mount Warning, a must for visitors. 10 min drive to Hastings point, the perfect place to take the kids for a swim and a picnic lunch. Casuarina has a world class surf school for the kids, and the Coles Casuarina shopping centre is just a short walk or drive from Drift. The famous surf town of Cabarita is just 4 km south of Drift where you can enjoy 360 views of the Cabarita lookout or take advantage of the shops, cafes and bakeries. Take a scenic drive to Murwillumbah and enjoy the beautiful rain forests or head up to the famous Mount Warning, a must for visitors.
