Located just one street back from Berry's bustling boutique shopping and restaurant precinct this beautiful home will provide you with everything you'll need for a quality and enjoyable stay. The home offers three large bedrooms all with magnificent crisp hotel quality linen, 1.5 bathrooms (with full sized bath), 2 separate living areas, a workspace area, reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout which can be zoned, a cosy fireplace, 2 large smart TV's, Espresso Coffee Machine, Powder room for a seperate toot/full laundry, huge kitchen/dining/lounge area flowing out to the outdoor entertaining area and large backyard. The entertaining deck has a BBQ, outdoor dining setting and separate lounge area. All this overlooking manicured gardens, to wonder around and enjoy. There's also another outdoor setting amongst the garden for you to sit, relax and soak up the smells of the garden. This home offers everything that you need to enjoy a relaxing time in beautiful Berry.

Luxberry House is a very short flat level stroll to Queen Street, where you'll find all the attractions of Berry. We are set in a beautiful wide, quiet residential street, yet so close to everything. We provide an Espresso coffee machine, however if you don't want to make your own, the famous Donut Van is literally only a few steps away (like everything else). We can't wait to welcome you to our hood!
