A fully restored solid 1930's building with original charm, high ceilings and modern features. The Warehouse has just been renovated and is the perfect place to kick back and relax.
Located at the rear of a residential home, this property is within walking distance to the CBD.

I spent a lot of time in the neighbourhood as a child, visiting my grandparents. At this point the whole street was elderly but has gradually become transformed into a young street with families and children. It is a safe neighbourhood, but traffic can be busy during weekend events as it is opposite the showground.
