Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a fee. Your keys are off-site at 23 Lonsdale St, Braddon – 300 metres from the property. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - microwave - toaster We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TCL 55" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The carpark accommodates up to 2 cars. Paid street parking is also available along Mort Street, with pay-and-display zones offering time limits ranging from 30 minutes to 4 hours—and in some areas, all-day parking depending on signage. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's pool and gym throughout your stay. The pool is located on the 2nd floor, and the gym is located on the Ground floor to the right of the lifts on the Northbourne side of the building. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners.
