With a grand outdoor entertaining area with heated spa surrounded by a huge, fully fence yard. 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, set up with families, friends & corporate groups in mind. Central heating and air conditioning to ensure your comfort all year round free WIFI & all linen included. Pets Welcome. A maximum of 12 adults can stay at this house, 19 when its a mix of adults and children. We have a strict no party policy at the house and welcome those guests that are happy to abide by our house rules of no loud music day or night and at 11pm move inside the house. Spanning over two levels, entrance level has open plan living with large kitchen and second large living area. The house is fully air conditioned to ensure your comfort all year round. Wireless waterproof speaker. Enormous fully equipped chefs kitchen with built in coffee machine. Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: 2 single bunks plus a trundle bed, sleeping 5 Bedroom 4: King bed with ensuite Bedroom 5: 1 single bunk Downstairs to: Bedroom 6: Queen bed Bedroom 7: or third living area: Queen bed plus fold out double bed with bathroom on this level. We have free WIFI, full linen included, Netflix and oodles of space. Corporate retreats midweek more than welcome, we offer and early check in and late check out as we do at all our properties.
