The air-conditioned home with parquet floors features 2 private bathrooms, an open-plan living-dining, an equipped kitchen, and also double glass sliding doors out onto the deck to sit back and enjoy the afternoon sun. Light and modern, your new island escape will be the perfect place to relax, unwind and entertain your guests. Rest & relax as this abode has so much to offer with all the linen and towels included and two free undercover parking spaces where you can leave your car for your whole stay because you won't need it, with everything so easily accessible. The apartment has surrounding tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The apartment is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. To abide by all legal requirements and rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Autohost is the company that provides a simple and reliable guest verification process that will handle the completion of this request.

GUEST VERIFICATION - Booking bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed. This process will require you to answer questions and upload a photo ID.

SECURITY BOND - There will be a security bond of $1000 that will be deducted from your account within 7 days prior to your check-in and will be refunded back to your account within 7 days of check-out. If this is not paid your booking will be cancelled with no refund provided.
