A foundation member of Premium Realty, Angelena has been with the company for over 8 years. Her efficiency and behind-the-scenes coordination ensure that everything runs smoothly for both guests and property owners.
• Crystal – Senior Holiday Let Manager
With extensive experience in the holiday rental market, Crystal is your go-to expert for finding the perfect holiday home. She manages the day-to-day operations of our holiday let portfolio with professionalism and care.
• Gaye – Residential Property Manager
Gaye brings dedication and expertise to the management of our long-term rental properties, ensuring tenants and owners receive attentive, professional service.

We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 500AUD. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

The property is within 4km of local shops, cafés, and amenities, only 10 minutes to the popular Sandstone Point Hotel and only a 5-minute walk to the Pacific Harbour Golf and Country Club!!
