Seven Mile Beach is a short walk away, as is the acclaimed Blue Swimmer Cafe, perfect for a morning coffee, lunch or romantic evening meal. Strictly no parties at this property – please. Riverleigh is well located in Gerroa, overlooking Seven Mile Beach and the Crooked River Estuary. The beach access points are about 300 metres away, on foot. The village of Gerroa is at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach and the towns of Gerringong, Kiama and Berry are just a short drive. How is the property laid out? Riverleigh is a two level home with lovely views from the upper level of Seven Mile Beach and the Crooked River estuary. Set on a sloping block, you enter into the top level which features the master bedroom with ensuite, open plan kitchen, dining and living area, and the spacious deck. The gas BBQ is located on the upstairs deck. Downstairs you will find the other 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and the laundry. The queen bedroom downstairs also has a full sized desk. There is also a second deck area downstairs that leads onto the lawn. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee pod machine.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
