This amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 2 entertaining areas offers mesmerising water views, elevated privacy and is only a two minute walk to the beach. The open plan living area has floor to ceiling windows, looking out across Salamander Bay, an entertainment and socialising hub with comfy lounges, and a 55 inch flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. It includes a spacious dining setting for eight and a fully equipped, modern kitchen with breath taking water views. The large front deck has a relaxed lounge setting and catches the sunrise. It is a favourite spot for morning yoga and coffee, a getaway anytime of the day or for evening canapes and drinks. The rear of the home has an oversized covered deck surrounded by tranquil gardens, offering lots of privacy and protection from the south easterlies. It includes a casual lounge setting, gas BBQ and additional dining setting for eight. There are two covered car spaces at the top of the curved, steep driveway. Two flights of stairs then lead you up to the front door, where your holiday home, balconies and decks are all on the one level.
