5 bedroom, 3 bathroom beautiful home with stunning views of Anderson Inlet. Relax & enjoy this amazing coastal property and these incredible panoramic ocean views! Set in 4.2 acres, Waterview is a stunning blend of uninterrupted ocean views across Anderson Inlet, coastal nature and spacious accommodation. Comfortably sleeping 10, the living spaces and master bedroom have been cleverly designed to take full advantage of these amazing views so you can appreciate the changing light and tides throughout the day. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a modern & well equipped kitchen, seemingly endless living spaces and every modern comfort that you can imagine for an entire family, multiple families or a group. There is also an expansive garden, solar heated pool for summer months only and a large driveway providing ample parking. (2 tesla car charging stations are also available in the garages) Waterview is quiet and peaceful being located a few km’s from Inverloch’s pristine beaches, cafes and boutique stores and has some amazing walks & trails including Screw Creek nature trail on your doorstep. You are also an easy drive to Philip Island, Wilson’s Promontory and stunning coastal and country towns. Guest Access The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. Please note: This house is managed by The Beach House People - Holidays Rentals/ Property Management. Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pool towels. On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking. Australian photo ID or passport ID is required for the online checkin process to release the lock box code to you.

A security deposit is required as a pre-authorization on a credit card for $400., no money is actually charged unless there is damage or extra costs as a result of your stay eg extra cleaning and we will contact you first to discuss.
