Located right in the heart of Cottesloe, steps to Cottesloe's beach and the local entertainment strip. This luxurious 3 bedroom home offers open indoor living spaces around central courtyard which joins the kitchen, dining space and the main living room to enjoy in all weather and in all seasons. The space The main entrance is via a secure gate and then through the north facing entertainer's courtyard to the front door (with an alternate entrance via the double garage into the back of the home). Once inside, you'll be impressed by the clean lines, open spaces, sleek kitchen and central courtyard which opens via tall glass doors to both the kitchen and dining space and the main living room. On this level, there is also a laundry and powder room and a rear balcony to allow the sea breezes to waft right through the home. The central staircase leads to the upper gallery on the first level that overlooks the private courtyard below and has a convenient study space on the landing. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms can be found on this level, the Master suite on the northern wing having its own walk in robe, ensuite bathroom and ocean view balcony. Bedrooms two and three are spacious, have built in robes, share a bathroom and there is also a second rear balcony on this level. Downstairs at basement level is a huge store room and the secure double garage.
