Inside, you’ll find a light-filled living area with split-system heating and cooling, a fully equipped kitchen, and a simple, functional layout ideal for longer stays. The backyard is fully secure, making it great for kids and pets, and there’s a BBQ for easy outdoor meals. Bedding Configuration Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Single bed and 1 Koala single sofa bed The home includes a central bathroom with both a bath and shower, plus a separate WC for convenience. Set in a quiet residential pocket, you’ll be close to Altona Beach, Cherry Lake Reserve, playgrounds, walking tracks, local shops and family-friendly dining. Whether you're here for a coastal break, visiting loved ones, or needing a comfortable base close to everything, Westside Lake and Bay offers a relaxed stay in Melbourne’s west. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :) Pet friendly with prior arrangement.
