Leave the hustle bustle behind and Enjoy breathtaking sunsets with views stretching as far as the blue mountains from within the charming cottage. Close to nature surrounded by trees chirping birds and kangaroos. Be a world away just 10 minutes from Pitt Town Village, 25 minutes from Rouse Hill and 15 minutes from Box Hill. Additional Information Phone Reception: • Telstra has strong reception throughout the property. • Optus works well in some areas—particularly on the deck side. Property Notes: • There is no fencing on the property. • The deck is approx. 2 meters high and unfenced (as shown in photos). • Access is via a shared driveway.
