Centrally located, 3 blocks from the main street, less than a 10 minute walk.
Wynyardway is situated under the residential home. Guests have their own entrance and driveway parking.
The open plan lounge will greet you with comfy lounges, reverse cycle AC and a Smart TV.
There are two bedrooms with queen size beds in each. A single foam mattress is available for the main bedroom or lounge room. The second bedroom doesn't have a window, perfect for a shift worker or someone who likes to sleep in a dark room.
The bathroom is all in one and has a large mirror, toilet, shower over bath and a hair dryer. For your convenience soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are all included.
At the rear of the bathroom is the laundry with washing machine, iron/ironing board, clothes hoist and drier. Washing detergent is included.
To enjoy the outdoor area at the front of Wynyardway, there is a BabyQ BBQ undercover for your use and an outdoor setting.
