Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay whilst taking in the water views from either front or rear of the property. The property offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a studio sleepout, large kitchen and large living areas. The backyard is fenced with a huge yard for kids and pets to run about. If your a boaty your pride and joy can be moored on the solid stand on the canal which provides quick access to the estuary. Enjoy the dolphins which venture up and down the canals.
Quiet neighbourhood on the canals. Restaurants and shops are in close proximity: Sandy Cove Tavern - 3km Jetties Bar and Grill - 5.8km Shopping centre/Chemist/Doctor: Austin Lakes - 5km Ravenswood Hotel - 7.7km Pinjarra - 12.8km Mandurah - 17.5km Boat Ramp Batavia Quay (Estuary) - 3.3km Boat Ramp Young Road (Murray River) - 2.2km Boat Ramp Wharf Cove (Murray River) - 3.1km
