About Our Villa Welcome! Our villa offers spacious and luxurious accommodation with everything you need for a peaceful holiday. Features: Large Pool: We have a state-of-the-art, overflow pool that is filtered 24/7, providing the utmost in cleanliness. There are separate sections for both adults and children. Veranda: Our spacious veranda, equipped with an outdoor kitchen, is perfect for relaxing and preparing meals by the pool. Garden: Our garden includes a large trampoline for children and a mini football field. You will enjoy the beautiful atmosphere created by numerous flowers and trees. Bedrooms: The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms. Two rooms have large double beds, and one room has separate single beds. Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Bathrooms: The villa has one bathroom and toilet inside, and an additional bathroom and toilet outside. Air Conditioners: State-of-the-art Mitsubishi air conditioners provide both heating and cooling throughout the house. Gazebos: Outdoor gazebos are available for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings Child's Bed: We provide a child's bed for families with young children. Poolside: Sun loungers and a large barbecue area are available by the pool. Spacious Living Area: The interior of the house features a spacious living area. Location and Surroundings Our villa is just a 5-minute from the beach. There are many excellent restaurants and entertainment venues nearby. When you rent our villa, you will have exclusive access to the 30-acre property, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. You will wake up to the gentle sounds of birds in the morning. Extra Room For an additional fee, we offer a luxury room with a separate entrance and exit. This room is spacious and provides extra comfort.
