Sve što vam treba, prodavnice, kafići, šetnica, udaljeno je samo 5–10 minuta laganog hoda. Ispred zgrade dostupan je besplatan parking. Idealno za ugodan boravak u srcu grada.
Vaš domaćin, Zlatko Knežević, rođeni Drvarčanin, poznat je po svojoj uljudnosti, ljubaznosti i profesionalnom pristupu. Uvijek je dostupan gostima i spreman da pomogne oko svega što zatreba. Stan je njegov lični projekat, sve je sam renovirao i uredio s puno truda i pažnje, kako bi gostima pružio maksimalnu udobnost i osjećaj kao kod kuće.
Centar Drvara je miran, kompaktan i savršen za šetnju, sve što vam treba nalazi se na nekoliko minuta hoda: kafići, prodavnice, pekare, pijaca, pošta, banke. Praktično, jednostavno i baš ugodno za boravak. U blizini su i najpoznatije atrakcije ovog kraja: čuvena Titova pećina, kristalno čista Baštašica, srednjovjekovna utvrda Crna Kraljica te prelijepi Martin Brod i vodopadi Une. Priroda i istorija se ovdje stapaju na najljepši mogući način. Drvar je poznat i po uzbudljivim manifestacijama: paraglajding događajima koji okupljaju zaljubljenike u visine, čuvenoj Motorijadi koja svake godine privuče bajkere iz cijelog regiona, te Danima drenjine, jedinstvenom festivalu posvećenom tradicionalnim proizvodima i kulturi ovog kraja.
