This fully air-conditioned apartment is located in a new building complex in the city centre, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the old town.
The apartment consists of:
- One Bathroom with walk in shower and a large wardrobe.
- One Air-conditioned Bedroom with a fully lined King size bed.
- An Air-Conditioned Living room combined with dining area equipped with a pull-out sofa bed.
- A Kitchen equipped with modern cooking equipment.
- A Balcony with coffee table and outdoor sofa and chairs.
- Parking space in a secured underground garage, with a direct access to the building entrance and lifts.
- A Seasonal (1st of June to 31st of September) roof-top swimming pool access for up to four people.
- Secure entrance
Extras include two high resolution TV sets in living and in bedroom with cable TV, unrestricted WI-FI access, a washing machine and a dishwasher, combined fridge with freezer.
Towels, extra bed linen, hand washing and shower gels, washing and dishwasher powder are all supplied at the beginning of your stay.
Smoking, and onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
