Ima dvije spavaće sobe smjestene na katu. U prizemlju je potpuno opremljena kuhinja s hladnjakom, pećnicom i perilicom posuđa te aparatom za kavu, blagovaonica, dnevni boravak i kupaonica. Apartman je na dvije etaže s uređenim galerijskim prostorom i terasom u prizemlju. Grijanje je centralno. Gostima je omogućeno besplatno korištenje interneta i parkiralista. U okolici je niz sadržaja za kulturne i sportske aktivnosti u gradu s tri rijeke, jezerom, i drugim prirodnim bogatstvima.
Novoizgrađena kuca u Livnu, na adresi Kamešnička broj 3, u potpunosti opremljena i vrlo ugodna za boravak i odmor. Riječ je o dvosobnom apartmanu na dvije etaže. Galerijski prostor daje posebno ugodan ambijent boravku.
Pedesetak metara od kuće Marin je Franjevački muzej i galerija Gorica s bogatim sadržajem. Muzej je smješten uz crkvu sv. Petra i Pavla. Posebno zanimljivi svakom posjetitelju Livnu su divlji konji na Kruzima.
