Prostrana dvoetažna vikend kuća, sa velikim dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom, dva kupatila i tri sobe na spratu koje su sve opremljene led tv uređajima sa satelitskim programima. Sezonski grijani grijani bazen na 30 stepeni za potpuno opuštaje i odmor, sa posebnim plitkim dijelom u dubine 60 cm, i za namjanju dijecu. Bazen ima pokretni krov tako da su gosti maximalno zaštićeni i od sunca. Na terasi na kojoj se nalazi bazen ima poseban toalet, rashladne vitrine, i ostali inventar. U sklopu objekta u ponudi je i sezonsko korišćenje finske saune i hidromasažne kade kapaciteta za 5 osoba (otvoreno kada se ne koristi vanjski bazen, van sezone, ali se uz doplatu i najavu može koristiti).. Kompleks sadži i dodatni objekat "brvnaru" sa dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom toaletom i dvije spavaće sobe na spratu. Za ukupan broj od 11 odraslih gostiju (djeca do 6 god besplatno). U podrumu objekta je veliki zajednički prostor za dnevni boravak. Ispred objekta su uređene terase za odmor i opuštanje, poseban prostor za pripremu roštilja te posebno sagrađena ladara sa ložištem i pratećim priborom za jela sa ražnja i sač. Vila se nalazi na mirnom mjestu i okružena je šumom na placu od 8.000 m2 na kojem se nalazi i vinograd.
Naša želja nije bila da samo izdajemo objekat za prenoćište već da enterijerom i uređenjem prostora oko Vile stvorimo jedinstven ambijent za uživanje i odmor kako bi gosti bili zadovoljni, što je nam je veoma bitno.
Savršeno za odmor, opuštanje u sauni i jakuzziju, šetnju po šumi, privatne zabave i samostalnu pripremu hrane u objektu, vanjskom roštilju ili pecani. Vila je udaljena 500 m od autoputa Banjaluka - Gradiška - Doboj. Rijeka Vrbas udaljena je 800 m, restoraani, trgovine i ostalo što je potrebno.
