البقالة قريبة وممتازة.
البيت عبارة عن شقتين في دورين. فيه بشكل كامل صالتين ومطبخين ودورتي مياه في كل واحدة شطاف. المطبخ متكامل. الأثاث في الدور الأرضي مقبول لكنه نظيف جدا وواضح الاهتمام فيه.
